We deal with people on their individual journey.
Our ways of development
Do what you love, love what you do.
1. Build the trust between Coach - Player - Parents
- Through understanding why we doing things this way.
- That will help us create development model for each player.
- Giving players secure base so they can start to move into world of competition with sense of inner security and trust within.
2. Sensory and motor awareness
- Develop connections between body movements - skills and thoughts through coordination and specific drills connecting things together.
3. Establish moral system humility, gratitude
4. Independence and responsibility
- Helping parents with balance too strict vs too permissive.
- From security -> towards exploration to security -> to move forward to next level and back to security, and so on.
- Don’t let them be lost but allow them explore.
- You can’t explore without love.
- You have to feel love to have courage to explore.
5. Communications
- Feedback as a way to bring all above parts together.
- Feedback to learn about ourselves.
- Feedback to learn about journey.
- Feedback to learn about how to move forward while we understand ourselves.

9. Transition to Pro tennis
- Have a strong identity within a tennis culture
- Helping players to deal with new problems as adults
- Important to stay focused at this stage
- Support and environment around player is important
10. Delivery stage
- Responsible for their own actions
- Ownership of their development as well as business
- Disney player vs Pro player
- Need to grow earlier than their competitors (Peter Pan)
- Finding a new way to connect to parents and coaches
- Connect to something bigger than selves
- More mature
