1. Build the trust between Coach - Player - Parents

  • Through understanding why we doing things this way.
  • That will help us create development model for each player.
  • Giving players secure base so they can start to move into world of competition with sense of inner security and trust within.

2. Sensory and motor awareness

  • Develop connections between body movements - skills and thoughts through coordination and specific drills connecting things together.

  • Helping parents with balance too strict vs too permissive.

  • Need to grow earlier than their competitors (Peter Pan)
